Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused, Design-Eye)

We’re reimagining how hiring works: instead of resumes, we start with structured, voice-led interviews to generate multidimensional talent profiles—scored and matched automatically.

We are looking for our first full-stack teammate to help build the future of AI-led hiring. This is a founding-level role—you’ll shape the product, the culture, and the codebase.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own core features across our full-stack platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend UX.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to ship product fast—designing elegant interfaces and interactions that make AI feel human.
• Help define and evolve our technical architecture as we scale to thousands of interviews.
• Shape our product with design thinking, user empathy, and attention to detail.
• Create interfaces that balance clarity, emotion, and data (think: Notion meets Superhuman for hiring).

What We’re Looking For

• You’re full-stack, but frontend is your superpower—strong with React (or similar), Tailwind, and clean component design.
• You have an eye for craft. Not necessarily a designer, but you care how things feel, not just how they work.
• Experience working in small, fast-moving teams or building from zero to one.
