Welcome to Niky AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to you as a Talent user of the Niky AI platform (niky.ai), operated by Christian Gruber.

By signing up or using Niky AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Niky AI?

Niky AI connects vetted Talent with Companies through structured AI-led interviews, multidimensional profiles, and automated matching. Niky AI is a platform—not an employer.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally allowed to work in jurisdictions where you apply
• You must provide truthful, accurate information

3. Account Responsibility

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Don’t impersonate others
• You’re responsible for activity on your account

4. Non-Circumvention
