Welcome to Niky. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to you as a Talent user of the Niky platform (niky.ai), operated by Christian Gruber & Kovthaman Murugaratnam.

By signing up or using Niky, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Niky?

Niky connects vetted Talent with Companies via AI-driven matching, interview automation, and profile enrichment. Niky is a platform—not an employer.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally allowed to work in jurisdictions where you apply
• You must provide truthful, accurate information

3. Account Responsibility

• Keep your account credentials safe
• Don’t impersonate anyone
• You’re responsible for activity on your account
